Being Herd, Being Brave is a transformative Equine Assisted Therapeutic Intensive experience that empowers individuals to find their courage and to communicate with confidence. This unique offering combines virtual and in-person sessions where you will have the opportunity to "Enter into the Arena" and connect with the Brookside Ranch herd. Guided by the principles of Natural Lifemanship and The Daring Way™, this experience fosters growth, resilience, and the development of important life skills. A typical Therapeutic Intensive is a combination of meetings that add up to about 12 hours. Unlike traditional one-hour therapy appointments that are spread out over months, Therapeutic Intensives offer the time to dive into old patterns, faster and deeper.

Our first meeting with be an one-hour Zoom virtual introduction to Being Herd, Being Brave. During this meeting, we will meet each other and review what to expect for our in-person experience. We will briefly review the Natural Lifemanship principles that will give you the skills to make a direct request for connection with the Brookside Ranch herd. We will also review The Daring Way principles of BRAVING that will prepare you for "Entering the Arena", literally and metaphorically. You will be sent a Zoom link that will allow you to join for this introduction to "Being Herd, Being Brave"

In person, we will have a series of three 2-3 hour experiences with the Brookside Ranch herd to dive deep into patterns that block you from Being Herd and Being Brave. You are invited to "Imagine your life... and then live it"; finding your courage, compassion for self, and willingness to strive for excellence, not perfection.

About 3 weeks after your experience, we will schedule another Zoom call to follow up to further integrate your "horse lessons".
